I worked with ARC on a very difficult file where the borrower was looking to only put down 10% on a $1.725M condo purchase (JUMBO). They had the best rates and terms and although the file was difficult, the team led by Michael and Priscilla were terrific. I also got excellent support from the underwriters (Casey and Tracy) to assist in working with me on the conditions and getting this loan closed earlier then the contract date.
