Excellent mortgage company
No Stars they didn't collect enough for my escrow then sell off my loan before its re evaluated with a negative. Didn't find out until my new loan company looked into it and now i am 5K behind. Tell me this was not intentional when i call to ask its standard your not our customer anymore so we don't have those records...BS
Stay away from this lender. Thru launch financial I did a refi with a DSCR commercial for one of my rental properties using Arc Home and they report to personal when pretty much no lender reports. Based on launch financial, Arc assured them they didn’t but they do. Even if their rates are a little lower just avoid them. Also they get the loan and sold it months later.
**Awful Experience with ARC Home Loan - Avoid at All Costs** ARC Home Loan were a shocking two hours late to my settlement, which was just the beginning of their incompetence. On the morning of my walkthrough, one of their clueless reps called asking for proof of employment—something I had already sent three weeks prior.
