I had the worst experience with Arc Home Décor. I bought a coffee and a side table from them when it was delivered, the marble tabletop was full of scratches as soon as I opened the box. I never received a refund or a replacement. After our first conversation, they stopped answering my calls completely. I even went to the store in person, but they still refused to replace the damaged tabletop.

The worst experience you could ever get is from this people, if u buy something to be delivered to your place not only it wouldn’t be delivered the day it’s expected but you would’ve to call them for days to pick up, I called them for at least a week to 10 days to ask why my item hasn’t been delivered yet they finally picked my call once and they told me oh yeah we will do it tomorrow between 9 to 11 but disappeared for another week or so, unfortunately I had to take a day off my work to go their shop to collect my item myse... read more
