Brian was here to help set up a shower door set up that was not done correctly. He was friendly and really worked to get it right. He really knew how to problem solve and work to make it right. His tech was really good and professional also. I will use them again for any of my glass needs.
I love the customer service at ARC Glass. Crystal was very patient and helpful in helping me to choose a pattern I would like. Aaron and Gerardo came out to install the glass. They introduced themselves, and were very courteous. The install was fast and well done!
Fantastic company! Krystal was very professional and knowledgeable over the phone as well as quick to respond. I had Aaron and Jerardo come and do the actual work. Great, just great. ARC glass was easy to work with, did a wonderful job, answered all my and my wifes questions and gave us a very fair price. We decided to go with frameless shower glass and had several companies quote our project. Some were just crazy and did not answer standard questions, some did not seem to have experience that was needed for the project and some quoted us and were upset that we did not sign and pay after the first quote.
