Great company
I hired ARC to help with a last minute asbestos testing. Milan was kind and very helpful. He came down that day and had my report available the next. We were very appreciative of his efforts. We would definitely use again.
Arc was hired to motigate vermiculite found in attic of home i was purchasing. I thought it odd he would show up at 9 am and leave by noon. Months later I went to change a bathroom fan and a mountain of vermiculite came raining down on me. Obviously not all was vermiculite was removed. I suspect when I change another bathroom fan or canned light the same thing will happen. I have video and pictures. I cannot with good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Perfect example of doing as little as possible . Horrible job.
