I brought my truck in for an oil change and 60k mile transmission fluid. The job was done in a couple hours and for under $400, which seemed quite reasonable given my experience with auto mechanics. I'll be a return customer when I'm back in the area.
As someone new to the area, I was initially unsure of where to go for reliable vehicle maintenance. I’ve since entrusted my small fleet to ARC, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond. I went in needing multiple services done to my vehicle, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fast, affordable, and the team was excellent!
Brought it in for diagnosis. $150 later, I left with parts hanging from under my front end and a missing air damn. Asked about the missing part and they don't have it. Do what? Claimed it was already gone but, to get to the area that the bolts were taken out of to leave another part literally hanging from my car, you would have to take the missing part off. Btw... the area when the air damn is clean, unlike the rest of the undercarriage of my car that's exposed to the road grime. So... like I said $150 and I missing part smh
