Arc Electric provided great service. They replaced our hard wired smoke alarms on each floor of our house. Lou the electrician was excellent. He was prompt and efficient. Thank you for the care you provide your customers!
We have used Arc in the last few years for a variety of home projects. They have been easy to work with, very prompt and they charge reasonable fees. What I appreciated most was the follow-up call the next day to make sure the last project was working well... most companies don't do that.
The heating and air installers were very professional and knowledgeable in their work. Their work was also done in a timely manner. It is not very often that you see employees work as a team like the employees at Arc.
I've been a loyal customer for almost 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed with any of your services. Your technicians know their stuff and are always professional and helpful. Getting an appointment is easy and not unheard of to get one the same day. When my A/C went out late last night you were able to get Mike to the rescue this morning. The problem was complex but Mike was able to sort everything out and get my A/C unit up and running. Much appreciation for all the excellent customer service!
