Purchased our home a year prior and had been noticing the upstairs was significantly hotter than expected. This year I gave a call to Arc for them to do a service check and Tom came out. He was very personable and professional, he clearly had a lot of experience. He answered all of my questions as a new homeowner. Turns out a capacitor was bad which I asked him to replace (he showed me the readings). Ever since then our upstairs has been MUCH cooler, what an easy fix! Arc will certainly be my go-to moving forward!
Excellent service as usual with Arc. Electrician came the next day to replace a faulty 220v outlet and plug. ARC is always our first call for electrical or HVAC help.
The appointment was great and worked around my work schedule. Reliable and prompt. Mike was knowledgeable and helped me with the new thermostat. Checked everything. Smart helpful and kind. You can trust them to help you with having heat and air when it's so hot in our summers. Well done and reasonable cost. Thank you.
