Furnace needed a part on the first big snowfall this year last night. Technician named Dallas came and inspected and then came back with part. It was all done very quickly. Thank you ARC for your fast service and getting the heat back on.
It was late Octiber, so it was getting colder and my furnance went out suddenly. I called ACE Electric to get an estimate because they were the ones that had installed the furnance in my house 23 years prior. I purchased the in 2013, 12 years ago. I also called one other company just to get an estimate. ARC had a more reasonable estimate and they were able to install a new furnance in a few days for what I thought was a reasonable price. I called ARC Electric to ask about adding an air filtration system to my home HVAC system and experienced a stunningly rude lady (Christie). I've had widely mixed experiences in communication with ARC but this will be the last one. I'm confident I can find another company who is appreciative and friendly.
I just had Fred and Mason from Arc Electric install a bathroom exhaust fan and they did a great job. It looks like the fan was installed with the original construction. It can be hard to find dependable people but Arc Electric is my first call when I need electric or HVAC. You might want to ask for Fred!
Purchased our home a year prior and had been noticing the upstairs was significantly hotter than expected. This year I gave a call to Arc for them to do a service check and Tom came out. He was very personable and professional, he clearly had a lot of experience. He answered all of my questions as a new homeowner. Turns out a capacitor was bad which I asked him to replace (he showed me the readings). Ever since then our upstairs has been MUCH cooler, what an easy fix! Arc will certainly be my go-to moving forward!
