“Do you know a good Plumber, Electrician, HVAC guy?” Being in the service industry for years, questions like this came up with almost everyone we met. It seemed no one was ever happy with the last company they used and were usually charged an exorbitant amount of money. Well, we decided there was a better way to do service work. two local families got together and opened Arc Electric with the idea that clean, courteous, and qualified customer service could be delivered at a fair price.

I have worked with ARC on several house projects and they’ve always been professional and customer focused. Today, Travis quickly diagnosed and repaired a faulty outlet. It was impacting several appliances on that line so it was good he could fix it easily. After that repair, I asked him to replace our dimmer for an outdoor light and he set me up with a smart outlet I can use later if I want to automate my lighting. Great job, Travis and thanks for your guidance!
