Contacted Josh last errand we agreed on an appointment for today. After no show for hours, I attempted to contact Josh only to get voice mail, which I left a message. Later he left me a voice mail to call when I could. I tried eight more times before Josh answered the call. His explanation was that he totally forgot about our appointment. Too bad he it able to track his appointments. His reliability is suspect.
I was scratching my head about a Venmo transaction from the month before so I messaged the recipient and it turned out to br an ARC Electric. They were ultra responsive and sent me a copy of the invoice without being prompted. Did good work.
Extremely responsive, very professional, absolutely ecstatic , with their service. Highly recommend this company.
