I spoke to the wonderful Melissa on a Friday, 1 hour before they closed for a rush job that needed same day delivery to the Music City Center (sorry I was "that customer" lol). Melissa walked me through the pricing and delivery options that made me feel comfortable placing the order while many miles away. Right after sending the print file, our client updated us they didn't need the prints afterall. While I didn't use ARC this time, I look forward to using them at our clients next Nashville event. We had a great experience with ARC Printing! We placed our order with ARC in a different state, and Jake from Nashville went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He helped coordinate the shipping, even covered the cost of overnight delivery, and made sure we had everything we needed in time for our expo.
