Absolutely amazing customer service! I had an urgent print job I needed to do for a promotion at work and my usual print guy said he was too busy to take it on. It wasn't that big. Only 50 prints. I work out of Yaletown and reached out to ARC as I saw they had a nearby location. I asked for a quote and Andrew from their Burnaby location got back to me fairly quickly even though it was close to the end of the work day. Outstanding service. Providing help with a one-off custom drawn sail plan. They even helped to copy, enhance and replace a dimension table that was not reproducing as strong as the rest of the sail plan. One employee, Aniwati.Himawan, was exceptional in her help. Hands above all other graphic services I have tried.
Really bad customer service care.
Jessica helped me out with a very last minute print job, despite it being a very small job for them, super friendly and will definitely use them in the future!
