They do quality printing, but my experience with their billing was disappointing. I was charged fees that were either not disclosed upfront or not clearly reflected on the invoice, and my card on file was charged for more than I had approved. The invoice amount does not reflect the actual charge. When I raised the issue, I was hoping for a customer-focused conversation, but instead felt that my concerns were met with defensiveness rather than a willingness to resolve them.
