Fantastic service! Craig was awesome and handled any questions we had and always answered our texts/calls. He came out on time to give an estimate, and suggested other options as well based on experience and overall future/proofing. The estimate was fair for the scope of work, and Craig showed up on time to do the job. Craig was great! Answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and was at my house the next morning. Gave options on work that could be done to remedy my issue and work completed professionally and quickly by the early afternoon. Highly recommend Arc Detectives!
Craig did an excellent job fixing our dangerously burnt outlet and replacing all the other outlets in the room, plus he detected and fixed two malfunctioning breakers in our box. It was a great experience. He gave us several options for different levels of service. He worked quickly and efficiently. We will definitely call Arc Detectives for our future needs and will be glad to recommend them.
Great service, especially if you have a rental property. Their office staff coordinated the appointment directly with tenant while their technician coordinated the job directly with me, the landlord. The division of duties was beautifully executed. The tech explained all the work, send photos along with the quote, and was easy to reach, even after business hours.
