This is the most welcoming practice. The modern rooms are clean and stylish. Dr Yi Chan is extremely thorough and a very gentle clinician. She provided clear explanations and treatment plans and all questions were welcomed. I am most impressed by the follow up communication I received, “checking in” to ensure my comfort following a procedure. Highly recommend this practice where you are treated with respect and care and kindness.
Highly recommend Dr. Yi Chan and her awesome team at Arc Dental! I came across this clinic after reading the other reviews and booked in for a full examination and clean. 之前做过牙龈切除，最近看到有颗牙露出比较多的牙根担心牙龈萎缩，就来这做了个比较全面的检查（测牙龈和牙槽骨和顺便拍了个x光），和我讲了讲情况心安一点（起码牙槽骨状况还行）洗牙感觉和别家用的器械不一样？不疼也没有很酸。
I had been seeing another dentist prior and I decided today I need to make a change! It has been the best decision I’ve ever made! Yi’s technical prowess, attention to detail and care for her patients came across in our initial consultation. I haven’t looked back since! I have been seeing Yi for the past 12 months and I couldn’t be happier! It’s never too late to change your dentist!
Dr Yi has made me feel so much more relaxed at the dentist. Her calm manner & attention to detail is very impressive. She explains all of the procedures very well & isn’t rushed.
