A beautiful place to learn and to gather for special events. By doing so you also contribute to the organization.
Events manager is very unresponsive. Was interested in hosting an event here, reached out with plenty of time ahead but had to send 2-3 emails every time in order to get half a response from the events manager. Can’t recommend based on this experience.
An outstanding evening of culinary delight was enjoyed at the Arc Culinary Event. A beautiful presentation of Salmon & Tuna Tartare Brisee was the first course following with so very tasty Green Pozole. Herb Crusted NY Strip was delicious and Caramel Flan topped off the evening. A magical and entertaining evening for all!!
A friend and I attended the March 27 dinner at Emeril LaGasse Foundation at Broward ARC Culinary and it deserves 5-star rating for sure. The place is modern and nice, clean ambiance. Chief Culinary Officer Craig was proud of the location and his team. Food was delicious. My favorite course was the pazole created by Executive Chef Joel Vasquez and the executive team and servers each made the evening magnificent. A great cause and what else could a diner ask for?
