Austin did an excellent job installing my large storm door quickly and competently. It looks and works great. I’m looking forward to getting him going on several other projects in my home soon.
I had an appointment with one of their sales representatives for cutting in an overhead door, who ended up being over 30 minutes late. The sales representative indicated that they would have a quote within a few days. It has been 2 weeks since we meet, and I have left voicemails and text messages. The receptionist evidently followed up with the sales rep and let me know that they don't have interest in the project. Very disappointing in the lack of communication and wasted time.
