Purchasing a bridal gown was difficult because I did not have a vision; therefore, going into any gown store was difficult for the assistants! I also ran into an issue with stores not being able to get me a dress in time because my build is taller than the average, so a longer version of any dress would arrive past the wedding date. I would recommend Arc Bridal to every bride a million times! Their staff is so kind and supportive. They respond back super quick and helped me find a dress in a crunch time! Truly the best experience ever!
I had the best experience today with Claire at Arc Bridal. I had heard great thinks about the customer service and experience at Arc, but I was completely blown away today at my appointment. Claire made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job of helping me figure out what style I was liking and ultimately finding the one!
I had such an amazing time at Arc Bridal, and can't recommend coming here enough! This was my first stop on my wedding dress hunt, and I went to the appointment planning to get some general ideas. I was NOT expecting to absolutely FALL IN LOVE with a dress and make a commitment on my first stop! The staff was absolutely incredible, and they made my experience unforgettable with the exceptional customer service! I have nothing but great things to say about them and the studio. 100/10 would recommend to a friend!
