This is by far the best auto shop! The customer service, communications, knowledge, and auto service is absolutely unmatched! They worked on my car and kept us updated the whole time and went above and beyond with all the work! I will always bring my vehicle here and will recommend them to EVERYONE!!
Good customer service. However they tend to overbooked requiring another extra day for my car to be serviced. Overall, good service.

I had to pay a $500 deposit to get my car worked on. One month later, no parts, no updates, no work done, car not fixed, AND NO REFUND. I was assured in writing that the refund was coming. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. They’re running a scam. I want my $500 refunded to me. They sure took my money quickly enough.
I have used ARC a couple of times for work on my car. Both times they did a great job for a reasonable price. I feel they are honest and do excellent work. My most recent work was shocks and struts and my car is riding great. They even included an inspection as I’m driving to Wisconsin. I will definitely use them when I’m in NM and highly recommend them.
