i've been coming to Wendy & Craig since I started driving at 17 & they are the most honest & wonderful people!! They tell me exactly what I need & when I need it, are super honest about parts & pricing, I can't recommend them enough!!! If you want straight forward communication & transparency, you have to go to ARC!!!
When you find a great mechanic you can trust and not to be ripped off !!! That’s a keeper!!! And his wife at the front desk she can keep you laughing the whole time you’re there!!!! So what can I say great mechanic you get to laugh before you leave you’re not getting ripped off and they call you as soon as your car is done five stars I would give more, but it only allows you to get five
This auto maintenance place is the biggest rip-off I've ever been to. The mechanics and owner are pompous punks out to take your money for things you do not need. Including services said they have to do, which they don't. They are big story tellers, making a big deal out of nothing to cost you more. I've lived in this town most of my life and I don't want a business like this in my town. I give zero stars. ARC auto service in Wayne NJ, is now on my records as a bad place to bring my car. As if they are hard up, it is phenomenal how incompetent they are at providing honest service. They wear false faces, learn how much you don't know, say this, say that, and rip you off. Don't believe good reviews stuffed by friends and family and take your car elsewhere
