Unfortunately I have a complaint regarding the staff members, specifically the Kid’s Squad Summer Camp staff, as someone who goes to the gym upstairs I continue to hear racist hateful remarks from the staff. Nice place to relax
Has all human decency been lost? I’m from out of town and came with my nephew who is a member. Bought a $10 day pass but apparently this does not allow me access to the basketball courts (which are completely empty, btw). The whole reason I came was to shoot around with my nephew who I rarely see. Spoke to multiple staff members and a manager who were all rude / robotic.
