Never heard of them
Do not use this place for your appraisal, they are lazy and just throw a package together with no thought at all. Valerie got the number of bedrooms and bathrooms wrong in the house, used comparables that were in no way close to the size or trim level. Very unprofessional, provided the wrong type of appraisal then was argumentative when question. Avoid at all costs.
