Parker gave us excellent and prompt service, always honest and dependable. He has been my service advisor/technician for years! Thank you, Parker!
Great experience with this company. Needed diagnostics/calibration on our ovens. Tech arrived on time, explained the process and properly addressed our service needs. Would certainly use them again for future appliance repairs.
ARC Appliance is great! Always honest and family owned!
Will always use and recommend! Our dishwasher is broken and the guy found the problem in less than 5 minutes and gave it to us straight about cost and what the good/bad brands are and letting us know if it was worth to fix or buy a brand new one. We will always go back if we have future problems
Chris was on time, very professional, and friendly. He had my dishwasher problem fixed in no time! I will definitely be using ARC the next time I have issues with an appliance!
