Lleve mi perrita a este lugar a que la asistieran un doctor por que mi perrita tenia algo y se veia mal y en este lugar me cobraron 140 dolares por la emergencia y solo me tuvieron esperando ahi 40 minutos sin atender a mi perrita y vuando por fin la ve el doctor dice que la lleve a otro lado que ahi no la pueden atender, que servicio TAN MALO NO LO RECOMIENDO ME ROBARON MI DINERO PERDI TIEMPO Y NO LE HICIERON NADA A MI PERRITA.
I have been taking my dogs to see Dr.Segota for years.Not only does he care for your animal as his own he really cares about each and every animal that comes through his doors .He is professional and honest .All his staff he choose to work with him are also caring and professional.I highly recommend him as your vet.
Estube con mi gatito el miercoles ya que estaba con problemas para orinar,luego de ex�menes se me informo que tenia piedra que necesitaba ser operado,pero que el jueves lo tendr�a que llevar a otro lugar para que continuar�n su atenci�n ya que la oficina estar�a cerrada de viernes a lunes y no habia atenci�n para mi gato.Ellos me indicaron que lo llevara a petsmart o me indicaron otra cl�nica para que continuar�n las indicaciones que me entregaron y las medicinas. Horrible place. Do not take your pet. I called first thing in the morning when they opened at 7am and left a voicemail after my pet was in the emergency room from earlier that morning. Did not hear back and called again an hour later. Informed the CSR that I had to reschedule my appointment as my pet was in the ER. The CSR told me my deposit was forfeited due to the cancellation window of 24 hours. I was understandably upset as anyone would be who was in the ER with their beloved family member.
