I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hanna and the incredible team at Arc Animal Hospital, including the wonderful Monica and Anastasia at the front desk. We had a rough night, my pup got super sick and was not feeling well a whole night. I did not want to take her to emergency as I know for a fact that they tend to be overworked, understaffed and as a result most times negligent. I stayed up all night monitoring my pup and as soon as morning hit I was up on a phone calling offices that pretty much hung up as soon as they heard that I have a vet but they closed for the weekend and I need someone to see my pup ASAP.
