Never have I ever encountered such rudeness and disrespectful service. The young lady at the window by the name of Chrissy or Christy was absolutely horrendous. Not only did she insult me? She also insulted my father, who was sitting next to me. A 65-year-old combat veteran with oxygen tank attached to him. He asked her very politely for her name. Her reply was none of your business.
