Manager here was very rude. Will not return. Calling your customer a liar is generally frowned upon. Also would not give me district manager's name or information, like it was a big secret. No wonder the employees all acted scared to say or do something wrong. This store needs guidance badly.

The supervisor /manager is rude to patrons and employees. Should not be left alone to run the restaurant. Will not be back for a long while
Only half our order was in the bag. After calling a girl named Brandi kept speaking over me and than hung up on me. My smokehouse brisket only had a thin slice of meat on it. Not impressed at all. You definitely didn’t have the meats on your sandwiches and Brandi should go work at McDonald’s if she wants to be so rude.

Went with my mother for lunch today, decided to use the drive through. The lady was in such a rush and kept trying to give us our total before we were even finished ordering and mind we only go two sandwiches and two sides no drinks no extra, so it’s not like it’s a lot and the restaurant was not busy whatsoever. For our sides we ordered a large fry and large cheese stick got home to find out that I paid for that but was given two small cheese sticks. Very very rude service and will never go back again.
