RecommendedOn Monday 8/24 about 1:30pm; The gentleman who was putting the orders together was just so pleasant toward us. I unfortunately didn’t get him name, but he was the one who stood out to me! You could hear the smile in his voice behind his mask, I SWEAR!! He even came out to the lobby and gave my 2 year old son an extra toy. It was so sweet of him to try to carry on a conversation with my son. for one thing get the orders correct. I have done take out 3 times and everytime they read back the order it Is wrong. so I correct them then I get home and it is wrong. not sure if other arbys are better that this is the last time I go to the one in albany.

Was good but for one thing... told them no tomato on my sandwich, but was still on it...
great food 👍 the turkey bacon ranch is the best sandwich I have ever had so far 😁 sooo good 💙
