I went to this store and ordered their new fish burger. when I opened my burger up I found the fish very burnt and dry. I told the lady who said she was a manager that no its supposed to be like that and kept saying that it's the new recipe. I'm not even lying the fish was dark brown and the meat part was soo dry and grey. it was nasty. but the customer service I received was even nastier because she did not once apologize or even offer a refund or replacement???
