Went through the drive through at 845 and said they weren’t taking any more orders. On a Friday night. What kind of management is that?? DUMB

RecommendedI came here on Christmas Eve at 5:25 PM. They closed at 6 PM, so I felt like a real jerk. I apologized profusely for coming so late, but the gentleman working the drive thru, Albert, was as sweet as could be. He kept telling me it was completely okay. He was friendly and took care of me, even if it was through the drive thru. I go to this Arby's often since I also attend LCU nearby and it's also top notch, but tonight, Albert went above and beyond.
these employees need to get rid of the attitude or pretend they enjoy their jobs.
The location on 19th Street has gone downhill since the last time I visited. I drove up to this store at 9pm and noticed there were no cars in the parking lot or anybody at the drive-thru. I thought it would be a quick trip and that was a huge MISTAKE because I'm currently writing this review at 10:08pm after returning home from Arby's. I ordered a couple of meals in the drive thru and didn't get my drinks. When I got home I called to see if I could get the price of drinks refunded (or get a credit) but got a message saying the number was disconnected. I even called another location to try and track down a good phone number but they didn't have one! I have no way to contact them unless I go all the way back up there. That is ridiculous!
