Thanks to the ineptitude of the staff and especially the poor management of Kevin, I will never again be a customer of this location. There are mentally challenged employees in the fast food ibdustry that do a far superior job than these folks. Kevin is a tool and probablythe reason the staff can'teven get a simple order correct. Worst fast food experience EVER!!
Disappointed that Arbys doesn't care to protect legitimate Service dogs by asking the two legal questions. They let in a Cocker Spaniel in a stroller who was then SPOON FED at the table. That is NOT a Service dog.
We just ordered around 6:30pm today, 8/18, a Chicken sand. meal and a Roast beef and Cheddar meal, the Chicken sand. was the worst I have ever had, I had to throw it away.. The Chicken was old, saturated in grease, very dark like it had sit there all day and tasted disgusting!! UNEATABLE for sure.. The fries were barely warm. My husband did eat the Beef and Cheddar.. I have never been so disappointed.. Don't think I will be eating there again..

Of all the chains lining Gulf to Bay Blvd, this is the only fast food restaurant I go to. Extremely quality beef sandwiches for a very reasonable price.
