We went back a 2nd time to replace our Jamoca shakes because the first time we got our shakes they were just vanilla and no jamocha at all. As you can see in the photos we just took these are the replacement milkshakes that don't have any mocha in them either they're not even good vanilla shakes. in fact they're horrible. Hopefully someone from corporate can get in touch with us and make this right. Obviously there is a problem with the machine or how much jamocha you're telling them to put into the milkshake.. To me..a Rubin has buttered toasted bread... not impressed
This is a good Arby's Ayanie had great customer service, and fixed problems immediately. She was patient with My husband who is very picky. I was glad to see such kindness.
Most definitely cheaper than McDonald's & BK!
