Great service. This team has their act together. Today was a wow moment. 10/14/2025.
I had an issue with an online order last night. When I initially came in to have it corrected, the employee told me I would have to wait because she was “running ragged” handling the drive-thru. She also explained that she would have to figure out how to fix it because managers are usually the ones who know how to handle issues with online orders. I've always had great service here. I've never had an order be missing items nor be the wrong items. It's everything you want in a fast food restaurant.
Got the new Steak and Cheese sandwich. It had a great flavor. Did have a couple grizzly pieces in it. Had to spit them out as they were unchewable. The prep itself was kind of messy so definitely a sit down sandwich. Went through drive through so not much for atmosphere. The drive thru attendant was very nice so for her.
The most impressive part of this lunch was Brianna. She has excellent customer service skills and appears sincere in her interactions. Excellent! Food was good, too.
