By teaching your employees to change their gloves after touching their face and masks instead of them touching both with gloves on then touching my food, i watched this happen while sitting in the drive thru and this is unacceptable.
Took coupon I received on phone to Minooka Arby’s said they don’t honor it 2 gyros for 6.00 very disappointing
Casey, the “manager”, was SOOOOO RUDE. Refused to accept my Arby’s gift card because his system isn’t working. Unlike ANY other restaurant he wouldn’t “make it right” since it’s not my fault. He made me use an alternative form of payment and when I said I wanted fresh food since I’d been sitting in the driveway for 10 min he said pointed to his counter and said “do you see your food here??” So beyond ignorant!!! I see why he works for a fast food chain. He’s been reported to customer service. And they don’t use gloves! Nasty
Out of roast beef. Many people were walking out.
I love Arby's. I really do. But I stopped at the Minooka drive-thru yesterday to get an orange cream shake. It was sometime after 1 pm. I literally waited in line for over 20 mins. I'm a patient person, but over 20 mins at a drive-thru is pretty crazy. I figured that the car in front of me must have been waiting on a huge order. But after 20 mins that car was handed a tiny bag! There couldn't have been any logical explanation for the long wait. When I finally got my shake, no one even apologized fir the wait.
