I purchased food today (5/11/2020) and got home, I noticed there was no sauce in either bag that I asked for. Plus they gave me the wrong cookie. My receipt says a salted caramel cookie and the one I got was a triple chocolate. 👎🏼

Most of the time I have a positive experience with Arby’s. Today was different. I ordered small fries. Their interpretation of small fries was embarrassing.
Superior Food and Service I am not easily impressed with fast food restaurants. I do have say that Arbys is definitely "A step above" your normal fast food. Not only is the food fresh and superb taste but the service by all employee's at this particular location is the best I've seen in a very long time.
