What a joke!!�� I pull up at 9.30pm and they don't serve me. The girl said computer down but the young man say they just closed early. Then you wonder why they slow as a turtle bussiness wise

Ordered a french dip sandwich and last time I checked it came on a french hoagie roll...got home and open the box and it's on a regular bun..tried calling and no one answered the phone...wasted trip

I had dinner at this Arby's last night with my family. The worker toya was rude to us. A disabled black male teen came in to get food. She refused to help him. I tried to help him and she told me "what do you want me to do? I can't understand him. He was speaking clear and being respectful. He just needed a little extra help. She made him wait over 30 minutes while she took all the drive through orders.This young man was walking out crying with defeat in his eyes when she finally told him he could have his 12.00 order.
