Had a simple order and it was wrong.
Best damn Arby's I have been to, freshest Arby's I have ever had and I don't know who was working the drive thru around 115pm, but she is the coolest and friendliest voice I have heard in a while. I'm not from here and only passing through, but I highly recommend this location and urge their staff to keep up the good work. Thank you!!
Got sick from your roast beef think it was raw was cold and red now I got food poisoning will not be going back again
The food was good as always, the service was poor. We ordered online and scheduled to pick up through the drive thru. When we got there, the associate was rude and she demanded we come inside. My wife and I are disabled and have mobility issues. If this is the way the staff behaves, we'll try our luck at the Arby's in Miamisburg the next time we order. This is no way to run a business.
