Usally when I come into this arbys I have a pretty good experience. But this trip was a mess from the start. First and formost I ordered the 16 dollar brisket meal and what I got was no where near 16 bucks. Like you guys have to be kidding right now . There was maybe 1 Oz of meat on the bread . I said somthing to the staff and they said that's what it has to be and they will get in trouble if they don't weigh it correctly. And I understand that . Why do we prioritize the absolute lack of personalization completely disregard human interaction make the family who decides to done in the least important.... absolutely dispicable
