went through the drive thru and the employee took forever to give me my card back and then the next day I have someone trying to use my debit card to do some online shopping (obviously canceled the card), but I called the next day to talk to the manager about it and he didn't care what so ever. he actually seemed annoyed for talking to him, like I was wasting his time. DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is trying to steal from people!

When ever I order the chicken tenders half the pack is always over cooked and too hard too eat. I do not know if it because of the different sizes on the tenders when you cook them, but would really appreciate arbys looking into to it and maybe fixing it or changing tenders in future.

RecommendedI never complain about any restaurants; but I was just through your drive thru. The young man at the window sneezed in his hands then proceeded to hand me my drink and food without first washing his hands or sanitizing. Total Gross Out in these very Dangerous times. Please advise employees to use proper hygiene!
Someone claiming to be an employee of Canton, Ohio Arby’s is posting racially insensitive things on Facebook. I certainly wouldn’t want them representing my company.
