Went to my local Arby’s. Ordered 2 Beef N Cheddars with extra cheddar. Got to the window and asked if the extra cheddar was in the bag and was told they didn’t have cheddar. So I asked what do you put on the beef and cheddar. I was told well we only have the cheese for the sandwich. Ok no big deal, I thought they weren’t selling extra cheddar sauce right now. Nope, when I got home this is what we got!! Disgusting and turned my stomach. Plus the drinks had no ice!

This is the poorest customer service I have ever had for a fast food place I went to order my food they did not even ask me what size I wanted over the speaker and then I even told him I wanted a dr. Pepper with no ice I get up to the window they rushed to pay my for my food then they give me my card then they give me my drink give me my food and Tommy have a good day and then I look into it and my drink is half empty knowing that it has no ice my drink is half empty that they shouldn't be doing that it should be before I us... read more

Employees aren’t wearing their masks properly and the cashier at the window was wearing hers below her nose...
Just waited 20+ minutes for a roast beef sandwich and fries when I was the only customer inside the restaurant for most of the wait! I should add I would probably still be sitting there waiting if I hadn't went up to complain since my order was marked as completed in the system
that new garlic butter steak burger is AWESOME! I think it would be better to have the steak marinade in it though rather than put on after. but I understand if it cant be done. that's all. thanks.
