Overall the food was good. But the main sitting area was was messy and not very pleasant. Where I was eating I was noticing ants then looked down on the floor there was a bunch of them. We quickly left. Overall food was good but need some deep cleaning. They need improvement in that area. I can't imagine what the kitchen area is like.

Approximately 6 pm on Saturday, March 5, 2021 my mom and I drove to Arby's which is ONE mile from our home. I had a coupon for a $12 family meal. I get to the speaker and the guy taking my order was very abrupt. Asked what I wanted and I started to say the $12 dollar family meal. Before I was even done saying the word family and he rudely said "classic or beef and cheddar"?
