Went to Arbys today with my Dad. I noticed all the people making the food had their masks pulled down under their nose and one wearing it on his chin. Won't be back.
They never honor coupons you get in the mail at this store. It’s always an issue with the Belleville one, I don’t ever have issues in St. Louis or Fairview.

After repeating myself 5 times the order was still incorrect and cold. Staff was rude. Lady at the window slammed the window and walked away before finishing our order! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 👎

RecommendedWife stopped at Arby’s in bardstown for carry out. Bought four yuros, the pita bread like taco, roast beef and turkey. The were perfect! Not all scrambled up and falling out of wrapper. They were huge and perfectly made! Thanks to the crew, job well done!
I am so disappointed with Arby's today! Had a $50 gift card for a $50 order through drive-thru today. The cashier did not know how to use the gift card, nor did she even care enough to ask for help. We had my MIL in the car who had just been released from the hospital so no time to keep arguing so we just paid out of pocket so we could get her home. Order large curly fries and large sweet potato fries and the box was not even full. To top it off it tasted old and not even hot. So done with you guys, this is the 3rd time.

I went with my family a few days ago. In the middle of placing our order, the employee began responding very rudely to us over the speaker. We informed them that we did nothing to deserve being talked to this way and that they could just cancel our order. One would figure that was that, right? Nope. As we made our way toward the exit, the employee (I’m assuming the same one we just talked to) leaned out the drive-thru window and began screaming profanity at the top of their lungs.
