We went through the Drive thru on Friday 5/22 and got our food, and then we were told it was on them. Such a nice surprise, thank you to Arby’s and their employees.

Shorted us two sandwiches, fries were rock hard and no straws! Absolutely ridiculous! That’s what $40 does for you! Called the restaurant and Sierra was not polite, or understanding! All she said was drive back for the sandwiches! No thanks! Lost a long time customer today!

The woman working the drive was not pleasant at all, my motz sticks were cold/heated up over the fryer also was supposed be a large but got small, no napkins, no smile have a nice day, no nothing. Step it up Arby's!
I went in their a week ago and I ordered a roast beef sandwich with onion rings yea sure the bread was hard the roast beef tasted rotten and the onion rings was cold I wouldn’t recommend bowling green Arby’s at all 🤮🤮
