They served me a burnt sandwich. And manager did not apologize he did offer me my money back but there was no apology.

Second post...they wouldn't post my first one..wow.it wasn't even obscene.
Seems a bunch of dope heads work here. The cashier looked like she was blitzed out of her mind she was twitching and moving all around she couldn't sit still. On top of that they messed my order up. I mean how can you mess up 2 mid beef n cheddars and a medium fry??

Won't ever eat here again... walked in, 4 people standing there, not one hello.... then 2 more people come up, so it takes like 5 min for 6 people to make our food... to top it off watched a worker go to the bathroom, had gloves on.. walked out of the bathroom, with gloves on, and continued to work .....
The service was terrible. The girl behind the register seemed like she didnt really want to be there to begin with. The guys in the back done fine. I could have really done without the cashier.

Just went through this Arby's drive thru for lunch and waited over 20 minutes to get my food. The food was cold and disgusting, received curly fries instead of potato cakes. I hate curly fries. I guess the only thing I'm having for lunch today is the drink. I understand sometimes things happen and it takes awhile to get your food, but to be that slow only to get cold food and your order not be right is ridiculous.
