One of the front doors was locked with no sign or explanation posted. The restrooms were closed per management, the shake machine was out of service, and the CO₂ system wasn’t working. At this point, the facility is not able to provide the services customers are paying for. Management should consider closing until these issues can be resolved and the location is able to operate properly.

Ordered two Angus cheesecsteak meals supposed to have half pound of meat and didn't have much at all mostly bread and onions was super thin This was the Arby's in Urbana Oh last week ordered same meal had the meat but was very fatty in kenton oh
