I have reviewed this restaurant before, but I'm deleting my previous review to add a new one. I got the new French dip Royale and was sorely disappointed. So, caramelized onions are not frozen onions from the freezer placed on a hot sandwich making it soggy and cold. It wasnt really edible even after spending 10 min in the air fryer. My daughter's sandwich was infinitely better because we replaced the caramelized onions with the crispy onions. Also, why is the aus jus always watery and tasteless? Picked up our food tonight 30 minutes before close and service was great! Worker was really nice even though I’m sure he was ready to go home food was fresh and we loved it !
