Manager here was very rude. Will not return. Calling your customer a liar is generally frowned upon. Also would not give me district manager's name or information, like it was a big secret. No wonder the employees all acted scared to say or do something wrong. This store needs guidance badly.

Made a drive up window order for $24.24. I received just over half of the order presented when I got home. I live roughly 12 miles from the Arby’s, and of course did not check my bag until I got home. When I tried calling Arby’s, I received a message that their mailbox was full. I have tipped the drive-up window on average approx. $5.00 in each of my previous visits. All of the order I received was cold, and the curly frys were definitely hours old. We visted this Arbys tonight. It was busy at drive thru. We live about 20 minutes away. once we got home got my sandwich and the bun is completely burnt. i mean no amount of honey mustard sauce is going to get the burnt smell or taste out of your mouth. Have tried calling 4 different times for the phone just to ring. Very disappointed!
I absolutely got a over cooked chicken patty and a ton buffalo sauce. couldn't even pick it up without it falling apart

Made a late run to Bradford Arby's. Pull into drive-thru at 8:55 p.m. and see another car being served at window, but no one comes over speaker. I wait 3 minutes then pull around to window since other car has left. There is a hand written sign posted saying they're now closing at 9 p.m. (instead of 10 p.m.) Two employees are locking the window and just shake their heads at me - they don't even have the courtesy to speak.
