Just wanted 15 min for our food that came out cold and we are missing half of our order, which we didn’t realize until we left bc we were running so late after the 25 min total in line and waiting on the side of the building! Never again!!

Just went through the drive-thru. my roast beef sandwiches were burnt, not a little burnt. The buns were charred black as well as the meat. The fries were ice cold. and the lemonade tasted terrible.
Make sandwiches properly. I want my food hot and fresh. Your store is dirty and no one seems to clean even when business is slow.

My food sat under the heat lamp while other orders were made and served. Sadly, the General Manager was the one working the front. She was rude and not worried about me or my order. Absolutely, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I like Arby's, but I refuse to come to this one again.
