Against my better judgement, we ordered lunch for a family of 4 today. I was out voted, so grudgingly decided to order pickup, using the app. Ordering process was simple, checkout was also simple, because of course they'll make the payment process as smooth as can be. I arrived at the store about 15 minutes later and there was no answer at the drive through. Thinking maybe the speaker was broken (not uncommon), I headed to the window. Went through the drive thru at 11AM this morning and nobody answered. Waited for a bit, and nothing. Apparently the opening manager has not showed up to open the store. There goes my 30 minute lunch break. This is not acceptable. So apart from charging full soft drink price for waters, receiving incorrect items, long wait times, lack of receipts, now we are just opening the store whenever we feel like? Almost two hours late? Very slow to serve, line wasn't long, but it took 20 minutes. Order was taken incorrectly, overcharged, customers left, that caused orders to be handed out to wrong cars due to the 2 line drive-thru
