Greasy and not good. EXTREMELY slow service. Unusual for an Arbys to be so unappetizing. Won't be returning.again.
We went through the drive thru at Madison Georgia location and placed an order and the attendant asked if that was all ? I mistakenly said yes. She then told me to drive around and I said wait a second I’m not finished ordering. She very rudely said “I just asked you if you were done and you said yes!!!!”This was very rude and very poor customer service. Stopped at this Arby’s and only went to Arby’s because everything else was so packed due to COVID-19 restrictions. I place my order for the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and asked for no tomato and mayonnaise in place of the honey mustard. Also ordered the Mac n Cheese that was on the menu only to be told it is no longer available. Get our order and get on our way. The sticker on the box was clearly marked no tomato, no honey mustard, add mayonnaise. Guess what? No mayonnaise and there was tomato and honey mustard on my sandw... read more
