I don’t know what kind of Philly cheesesteak looks like this but this looks absolutely disgusting. Someone definitely just threw it together and didn’t care about how soggy they made the sandwich. What is even more frustrating is I have called the store like 10 times and NO ONE will answer. What is the point in having a phone number when you don’t answer your dang phone! Arbys if you see this I want a refund for my meal! This is ridiculous and I wouldn’t even let my dog eat this.
I bought 4 large shakes. Went through the drive thru As the young man was handing My tray he said you might be careful the tray is…with that one of the shakes turned up side down in my truck. A Second half spilled but i saved it. After probably 10 asking young man what they were going to do as he and the restaurant KNEW THE TRAYS W E R E N O T made for nor were they capable of 4 Large shakes —probably not even one; asking for help, a refund, someone to clean my truck up since they were very aware of the problem the shift mgr... read more
I genuinely respect the people at Arby's. The ones who show up are always compensating for the staff shortages. The wait at the drive through is a bit extended but I usually have a pretty decent experience with the employees. Today, the man at the window on August 12 at 1128 am was stellar. He was so polite, a rarity today with some fast food places. THANK YOU ARBY'S FOR BRINGING THE PECAN CHICKEM SALAD SANDWHICH BACK!!!
If you want to wait 29 minutes before receiving your sub par, ice cold food, this place is for you! Leaving this location without so much as a Sorry for the wait, nor a Thank you after this kind of wait and being out of stock for several of my requested items made it easy to have decided this location will never be visited by me nor my family again.
