The chicken salad has changed! It used to be my favorite. Please bring back the previous recipe with the original tortilla it was served in

Old time looking as all get out, but the food was good. Service was quick and polite. Restrooms had great hot water. Important when you need to wash your hands before eating. Thanks for not being cheap and only running cold water like so many other places.

After Fred left the store went down hill for a long time. I am very happy to say the last few times I have been in there (usually evening time), it has been amazing.

I love Arby’s food and customer service. Always fast and friendly even when there’s a line of cars! Today was the first time I was disappointed. I ordered 2 gyros, and my sons was full and amazing! Mine however, looked like this. Almost no lettuce, two measly tomatoes and two bites of meat, also not much sauce. All bread. So bummed! Hope our next visit is better!!
forgot to put the chicken on my crispy CHICKEN sandwich!!!!!!! they obviously have the meats because I don't! trying to call and no answer....
absolute worst customer service ever. will never return to this establishment.
