Tried to over charge me $10. Acted surprised when I asked for a manager and came up with an excuse as to why it happened.

Went to the drive-thru to grab some sandwiches. We waited forever before they even acknowledged us and took our order. Finally ordered and waited again. From the time we arrived at the speaker until the time we received food, we waited 26 minutes total. I am a patient person and I don't mind waiting for fresh food, but the food wasn't even fresh. Watch who you have in the drive-thru. Double check your customers order before giving it to them. If the order is incomplete correct it as quickly as possible. You don't want the customers food to get cold. I had to park and wait for my order. About 5 minutes my order was brought to me. I checked it and they forgot the cookies $9.54 + tax. Waiting another 5 minutes or so and this lady brings me a bag gives it to me and she was gone. Still not correct. I love Arbys and about half the time this location rocks it. the other half, they dont put cheddar on their beef and CHEDDAR sandwiches. This time, they tried at least... not gunna lie, that's kind of getting annoying...
Literally worst Arby’s ever. I’ve been in drive thru for 22 minutes only to hear them talking and discover they made my sandwich incorrectly and are starting over - no mayo is NOT that hard and what part of “fast” food do they not understand. Will never stop here again. My 4 hour drive just became 4.5 because they are so slow. They are NOT busy either.

I ordered the beer battered fish sandwich and it was terrible I have never had a fish sandwich that was crunchy all the way through it was way overcooked and the bun was burnt. When they have the fish sandwiches for lent they are great and I can’t wait for them to come out I eat them 3 times a week but never will I ever order the beer battered sandwich from them again .

I don't know how this place can still be open for business! Wanted something different today and figured we give Arby's a try Bad idea. No arby's sauce. And we didn't get any napkins in our meal not even one. I give them not even 1 start. I probably won't be back or if I do be a very very long time.
