Horrible experience! Went in because they didn’t put any lettuce on my husbands sandwich and gave me burnt bacon on mine. I showed the manager my sandwich she said that mine was correct. I asked really “burnt bacon is correct?” She said yes she even did it herself. Then she looked at my husbands sandwich, she said she could fix it she would just add lettuce. No apologies at all for the inconvenience and didn’t want to fix my sandwich. Wtf?!

normally the service and food here is fine. today at 6pm I pull in and order and when I got to the window to pay the girl took my card and handed me my drink. it wasnt what I ordered so i said I ordered Sprite. she yanked the drink out of my hand and slammed the window. I'm sure she could tell that was not the right thing to do based on the look on my face. she gets the sprite, opens the window to hand it to me and instead of apologizing for her behavior she says "I didnt mean to slam the window in your face" um yes you did.... read more
