Place an order on doordash 2 times this week 30-45 mins before close. They cancelled my order both times and said they were closed. I tried to call because there hours were clear that they were open. No one would answer. I drove down there 15 mins before they closed and sat in the drive thru and was ignored. When I went to the window I saw them cleaning before it was even closing time. They need to change the hours because there inaccurate or their employees are just lazy. Tired of it.

I guess Arby's needs to make more money. Ordered the large jalapeño bites, got only seven instead of 8. No sauces for sandwiches or the jalapeños. Next time I will just wait and hold up the drive thru until I check the whole order and count every single piece.
