I had the most amazing experience in the drive thru tonight. The girl at the window, McKenzie, went out of her way to make my experience amazing and left me a very nice note with my food wishing me a good night. The food was also hot and service was quick! I will definitely be back and recommend this Arby's to everyone!
Stopped to get some chicken strips and I could hear one of the workers in the back say "omg this chicken strip looks like a seahorse" I told the young man at the window that I hope it was my chicken strip.... It was! Haha nice to go somewhere where the employees are having fun and not hating their job.
